We offer a range of tailored programmes to help adults get into and progress in employment.

Support with Job Search

Whether you’re long term unemployed, or a new graduate looking to enter the world of work, we provide a range of services to support you with your job search and beyond. Our expert advisers can help with everything from sourcing suitable jobs in the local area, to completing application forms, and even preparing you for interview. We’ll also work with you once you’re in your new career to provide ongoing support where it’s needed. As our services are free, we’ll often have eligibility criteria that you need to meet, but rest assured, if we can’t help you this time around we’ll be sure to know someone who can!

Access to IT facilities

Our friendly centres provide you with a welcoming space to access IT equipment and careers information libraries to meet your job search needs. We also have staff members on hand to provide you with support if you need help with using the computers.

Volunteering Opportunities

We’re dedicated to ensuring people can build on the skills employers are looking for and we think the best way to do this is by getting into the workplace. We therefore offer volunteering opportunities across the organisation to give people the experience they need to progress in their career. From marketing to catering, finance to teaching, where we can we will place you in a role that suits your job goals.
